Requirements for participation in the Green Belt Seminar
None. Our Green Belt certification follows the ASQ Six Sigma Body of Knowledge and is completed with a 2-hour exam.

The Green Belt training starts at 9:00 am on the first day. The training days will be 8 hours long. The further agenda will be discussed with the trainer.
Your Six Sigma Green Belt Badge
After successfully completing your Green Belt training, you will receive a certificate and a virtual badge – your Six Sigma Badge – as proof of your certification. This way, you can also prove your certification online and paperless to external parties and draw attention to it.
The tasks of a Certified Green Belt in the company
Six Sigma Green Belts are able to solve complex tasks and troubleshoot problems effectively. Green Belts not only have a fundamental knowledge of the Six Sigma philosophy and methodology – they can also apply it confidently.
Green Belts participated in projects as team members, leading smaller projects and are familiar with the strategic and economic benefits of Six Sigma.
A wide range of valuable tools and methods for systematic process improvement enables the effective and targeted work of a Green Belt.

Our Six Sigma Green Belt training is deliberately designed as a 5-day block seminar. This allows us to convey the learning content in a particularly sustainable manner. In addition, the short training period enables you to apply and deepen the new knowledge in your company very quickly.
